Request Your Luxe

WHERE SHOULD WE MEET?

1). About 30-60 min before you arrive, type in the your destination’s address in the “Where Should We Meet?” search bar at the top of the Home screen.

2). Not sure exactly where you’re going? Just drag the Luxe flag in the general area where you’d like to meet your valet.

3). To confirm your reservation, hit the blue “Request Valet” button on the bottom-right of your screen and confirm your location.

4). Head over to your destination and our team will match your request to the nearest valet who will be waiting for your arrival.
 

In select cities, you may be able park directly at a garage or a valet stand. First, enter in your destination. If a Luxe garage or a Luxe valet stand appears nearby, select the garage or valet stand and tap request. Confirm that you’re within 10 minutes and your parking spot will be reserved. If you’re further than 10 minutes away, confirm when you’re within 10 minutes and will reserve your spot. If you’d like to pick your car up directly from the garage, request at least 10 minutes in advance and we’ll have your car ready for you at the garage.

 
Luxe currently cannot accept oversized vehicles. An oversized vehicle is defined as a vehicle, or combination of vehicles, that exceeds twenty feet in length, seven feet in width, or eight feet in height. As a result, we do not accept box trucks, vehicles with trailers, or party buses. Oversized vehicles do not include pick up trucks or SUV's which are less than twenty five feet in length and eighty two inches in height.

SCHEDULE YOUR RETURN:

iPhone users
  1. Enter the destination where you would like your car returned.
  2. Tap 'Request Vehicle' and select the time you want your car back.
  3. Your car will be at your requested destination at the scheduled time.

Android users
  1. Tap the clock icon above 'Request Vehicle' and set the location where you would like your car returned.
  2. Tap the clock again to select the time you want your car back.
  3. Your car will be at your requested destination at the scheduled time.

REQUEST A SERVICE:

Didn’t have time to fill up? Don’t want to waste your day waiting around for an oil change?  Dirty car?
  1. Open your Luxe app at any time in middle of your reservation to request any of our premium services from the Home page.
  2. Click on “Shop Add-ons” and scroll to the right to add one of our premium additional services to your reservation.
  3. Confirm your request and we’ll take care of the rest!
  4. Accidental request? To cancel your service request, tap the requested service and confirm your cancellation.

TIPS & TRICKS

3 Things to Avoid when using Luxe:
  1. Please make sure not to “self-drop” when requesting for a valet to pick up your car. Always be sure to request your valet in the app AT LEAST 20-30 minutes in advance to ensure a seamless pick up!
  2. Please remember, Luxe cannot be liable for any lost or stolen personal belongings left in your vehicle. Please be sure to remove all valuables when requesting your Luxe!
  3. Know your car, both in and out! Make sure to assess your vehicle for any pre-existing damage before parking with us. Luxe is not liable for any damage reported after 24 hours from the close of your reservation.

What happens if my phone dies while parked with Luxe?
In the case your phone runs out of charge or you can’t request back when you need your car, there are 2 options:
 
  1. As a preventative measure, schedule the return of your vehicle for a specific time after making your initial request (See the “Schedule Your Return” section). After your car is parked safely, head back into the app and immediately select the location address/pin that you’d like your car delivered to you and the time you’d like your car back. Your reservation will automatically deploy to get your car to you in an ample amount of time!
  2. Please feel free to email in at “Help@luxe.com” with subject line “Dead phone” and a member of our Customer Delight team will help coordinate the safe and successful return of your vehicle to you. Otherwise, if accessible, feel free to use any phone to text us at (415)-964-3891 and an agent will be delighted to help!

MY CAR IS DAMAGED! WHAT DO I DO?
We’re sorry to hear about this! Please immediately send an email to "help@luxe.com" with photos of the suspected damage as well as the exact location that you noticed the new damage on. A member of our Trust & Safety team will be sure to reach out to you within 24 hours of your inquiry! 

GET YOUR VEHICLE DELIVERED
Know exactly when & where you want your car returned?
  1. To schedule your return, open your Luxe app and type in the address of where you’d like your vehicle delivered. (Remember to request your vehicle drop-off approximately 20-30 minutes in advance).
  2. Drop your pin or enter in the address where you’d like your vehicle delivered anywhere in our service zone.
  3. Once your location is set, hit the blue “Request Return” button and your request will be set.
  4. A valet will be notified and immediately head to grab your car and safely bring it to your desired location.
